Athlyn Coaching is operated by Cian Madarasz (ABN 52 828 037 425) in New South Wales, Australia.

This Privacy Notice explains how Athlyn Coaching collects, uses, stores and discloses personal and health information in connection with the Complimentary Training Review.

Athlyn Coaching takes the privacy of your personal and health information seriously and aims to handle that information in accordance with applicable Australian and New South Wales privacy requirements.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

When you enquire about, book or participate in a Complimentary Training Review, Athlyn Coaching may collect information including:

• your name, email address and contact details;
• booking and appointment information;
• your training history and current exercise habits;
• your goals and reasons for seeking a Training Review;
• information you provide about injuries, pain, physical limitations or relevant health circumstances;
• information about sleep, recovery, nutrition, lifestyle and other factors relevant to your training;
• questionnaire responses;
• communications between you and Athlyn Coaching; and
• administrative information relating to your booking, including rescheduling, cancellation or attendance.

Athlyn Coaching aims to collect only information that is reasonably relevant to providing and administering the Complimentary Training Review.

WHY WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION

Your information may be used to:

• arrange and administer your Training Review;
• understand your goals, current training and relevant circumstances;
• prepare for and conduct your Training Review;
• provide relevant training observations and recommendations;
• communicate with you before or after your Review;
• manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and follow-up;
• maintain appropriate prospect and administrative records;
• improve Athlyn Coaching's services and internal processes; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Health information will not be used for an unrelated purpose unless you consent or the use is otherwise permitted or required by law.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS HANDLED

Athlyn Coaching uses digital services to administer the Complimentary Training Review and associated business processes.

These may include services used for:

• online booking and scheduling;
• questionnaires and forms;
• email and business communications;
• spreadsheets and customer/prospect records;
• workflow automation; and
• artificial-intelligence-assisted internal administration and operational analysis.

This currently includes services such as Google Workspace, Calendly, Zapier and OpenAI/ChatGPT.

These service providers may process or store information using infrastructure located outside New South Wales or Australia. Where applicable, Athlyn Coaching will take reasonable steps to handle transfers of health information consistently with applicable privacy requirements.

Athlyn Coaching does not sell your personal or health information.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION

Athlyn Coaching may use automated systems and artificial-intelligence tools to assist with administrative tasks such as organising prospect information, summarising information, identifying appropriate follow-up actions and supporting internal workflow management.

These systems are intended to support, rather than replace, Cian's professional judgement.

Athlyn Coaching does not rely on automated systems to make medical diagnoses.

STORAGE AND SECURITY

Athlyn Coaching takes reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Information may be stored electronically within the business systems and service providers used by Athlyn Coaching.

Information will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law, after which it will be securely deleted, destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.

ACCESS AND CORRECTION

You may request access to personal or health information Athlyn Coaching holds about you or ask for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information to be corrected.

Certain legal exceptions may apply.

PROVIDING INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARY

Participation in the Complimentary Training Review is voluntary.

You are not required to provide information that you do not wish to provide. However, if relevant information is not provided, Athlyn Coaching may be unable to properly assess your circumstances or provide an appropriate Review.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The Complimentary Training Review is available to individuals aged 18 years and over.
